A cosy barn conversion

Annabel’s Abode is the first of our three self-catering cottages. With beautiful beams and high ceilings, this cottage is a cosy place to relax. With an open kitchen, living and dining layout, Annabel’s Abode has two bedrooms. Upstairs you’ll find a galleried bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, and downstairs is a twin room. Patio doors open from the downstairs living area with stunning views across the farm. In front of the cottages there is a large grassed area, perfect for children to run around (or the grown-ups to play football!). There is also plenty of tarmac for children to ride bikes/scooters.

Group bookings

It is possible to book the cottages with the farmhouse, or a combination, for a group. The three cottages each accommodate four people (12 total if all three are booked) on top of the 14 that the farmhouse can accommodate. Booking all four options will give you the space for up to 26 guests. Please be aware that the buildings cannot accommodate group indoor communal dining. The cottages’ and farmhouse’s indoor dining space will only accommodate the number of guests in that accommodation (four for each cottage, 14 for the farmhouse). However, there is a lot of outdoor space available. For groups, a hot tub is available to hire for £250 per stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required due to heating.
