We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse!
Claire couldn’t have been more accommodating when we were booking and we were excited to be the first guests at the farmhouse. There was 11 of us visiting and there was ample space for everyone. The farmhouse and grounds were stunning. So much space for us to gather both inside and out and everyone was kept busy with the pool table and hot tub, as well as lovely living rooms and fires to cosy up in during the evening. We would definitely go back again and I highly recommend booking for a weekend away!

Claire sorted us out with our last minute booking. So accommodating and helpful, she really made us feel welcome and was on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't as the house had everything!). The house is beautiful! The location is stunning. Hot tub is the best I've ever been in, kept its heat through the duration if our stay. The house has so much space, perfect for families getting together or for large groups. We will be back, can't wait.

The conversion was extremely clean, kitchen well equipped, lounge big enough for our family and the views outstanding! Really was home from home.

The scenery and standard of the accommodation is amazing
The scenery and standard of the accommodation is amazing. It was really easy to get into York, although we would have been happy to stay in the barns for the full weekend! Fabulous weekend, fabulous hosts and I can't wait to book my next trip there

Very quiet cottage with virtually everything you need for a long stay, owners are very accommodating and friendly. Recommended if you are looking to work in the area. Shower has excellent pressure on it which is really good

Excellent weekend for our new year celebrations
Excellent weekend for our new year celebrations! The hosts go above and beyond and are so welcoming. The cottages are great for families / large groups. Everything is clean and the facilities are great. We had a great time and their dogs are the cutest! We will be returning!

Lovely comfy cottage, ideal for visiting the area
Lovely comfy cottage, ideal for visiting the area. It was ideal to have a ground floor bedroom as well as the mezzanine one. Claire was very knowledgeable about the area and directed us to a great garden with a very nice tea room.

Nothing too much trouble
We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble as we prepared for a family wedding. The welcome pack was lovely down to the flowers and little pots of tea and coffee in each cottage (and the puppy was to die for!).

My girlfriend and I flew from Canada and stayed in George's Gaff for my sister's wedding. The cottages were amazing, I can’t stress enough how clean they were! The cottages were very well put together and had what you needed. The bed was one of the best night’s sleep I've ever had and we were very happy!

Great weekend spent at Grange Farm Cottages
The kids spent hours playing football, cycling and walking around the farm. So much open space and tranquillity. The cottages were fab, full of character, cosy and clean. We travelled to York, Beverley and Filey whilst here. We also managed to fit in a great meal at a local pub that owners Graham and Claire recommended to us. Great weekend. Would recommend to all our friends!

Perfect setting
We had such a lovely time, perfect setting, cottage cosy clean and very welcoming. My 2 year old had so much fun playing in the garden, fields, seeing all the wildlife.
