Spacious farmhouse accommodation for group getaways
Our spacious, period farmhouse has seven bedrooms and can accommodate groups of up to 14 guests. You’ll have full use of a private garden, which is perfect for outdoor gatherings. Whether you want to gather around the fire pit or one of our two wood burners, relax in the hot tub, or get competitive in the games room, we have something to suit everyone.
Our large garden and patio area is the perfect spot for even the youngest members of your group to make memories, with a spacious grass area that is perfect for the children to play on! We even have various outdoor toys, scooters, and pedal tractors that they can make use of during your stay.
Adults needn’t miss out on the fun, as we also have an assortment of games for all ages to enjoy, from giant jenga to table tennis!
Countryside cottages provide cosy accommodation for group gatherings
In addition to the farmhouse, we have three beautiful cosy cottages that all sleep up to four. Our cottages are perfect for smaller gatherings or, for larger groups, you might choose to book multiple cottages to accommodate several couples, families, or groups of friends.
If furry friends are joining the festivities, they are more than welcome here at Wressle Grange! We now accept dogs at two of our three cottages (George’s Gaff and Annabel’s Abode), as well as in the farmhouse.
Escape to the country on a group trip
Wressle Grange is located on a working arable farm, making it the perfect option to take you away from the daily grind and give your group the opportunity to bond, away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. You’ll be surrounded by countryside and may spot more than a little wildlife during your stay – it really is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
The ideal location for group adventures and activities
Whilst you’ll certainly feel the benefit of our rural location, you might be surprised by how much there is to do nearby and in the surrounding areas! Within easy travelling distance are Howden, York, Leeds, Beverley, Hull, Doncaster and Selby – perfect if you want to organise days out, whether that be altogether or in smaller groups.
If you’d prefer to stay local, there’s no shortage of countryside to explore in the beautiful area of Wressle, with ample opportunity for peaceful walks or adventurous hikes in the countryside. We’re more than happy to provide a list of things to do in the local area, so feel free to ask!
And don’t worry about getting here. We’re ideally situated just 10 minutes from the M62, and nearby Howden station is on a direct train line from London, so we are perfectly positioned as a meeting point, even if you have guests coming from different parts of the country. We also have plenty of on-site parking available to accommodate your group.
