Flex for the best
Did you know that our farmhouse and three cottages can be booked as a group? If privacy is your thing, we suggest being flexible on your dates to ensure you have the entire place to yourselves. Trust us, it’s really worth it. The shared grassed area to the front of the properties is a haven for families and large groups alike, and offering a safe space for games, sun seekers and child’s play.
What’s your season?
Yorkshire is a delight at any time of the year, which is why so many of our guests return again and again to experience all the seasons. Do you have an idea of what you would like to explore whilst you’re here? If your plans are weather dependent, we suggest booking plenty of time in advance, as summer (especially holidays) are our peak time.
A spring in your step
In spring, Yorkshire comes to life with beautiful florals. You can expect fields full of lambs, bluebells as far as the eyes can see, and streets lined with blossoms. Our ‘Explore’ page lists some of the picturesque spots on our doorstep – from the coast to the city. Oh, and if you’re coming to Wressle Grange in the spring, spare time to visit Wressle Castle and Gardens.
Summer lovin’
Sunshine is the life of the party here in Yorkshire – it’s amazing to see summer unfold. There are so many events to enjoy throughout the season, including weddings, where our accommodation becomes a game changer and only adds to the happy memories.
Leaf kisses
In recent years, Yorkshire has been leaning into US ‘Fall’ traditions, which is great news for pumpkin pickers as there’s plenty of those to go around! Bonfire night remains the highlight of our autumnal calendar, and you can find dozens of local events to get your sparkle(r) on.
A cosy winter retreat
Our traditional cottages are packed with all the amenities for that ‘home away from home’ feeling. Throughout winter, we offer a rural retreat where guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Did we mention the clear night skies, where stars come out in abundance?

Whatever you choose to do whilst you’re at Wressle Grange, you should be prepared for any and everything. We have plenty of goodies on-site, but some more personal essentials we recommend for your list include hiking boots, picnic gear, your favourite wind-down games or books, and a go-to evening outfit.
